Why this exists
Most systems engineering tools were built for large primes with large budgets: per-seat licences in the thousands, rollouts that take months, and methodology that lives in a binder nobody opens. Small programs, university teams and startups end up running requirements in spreadsheets and phase gates in slide decks.
Hitt Hosting SE puts requirements, risks, budgets, phase gates, SysML and the methodology itself in one place, seeded from the regulatory stack of whichever industry the program is in. It runs on US-based infrastructure only, and it is free for university programs by application.
