For programs that need Hitt Hosting SE on a network with no internet access. The disconnected install is in development and not offered yet.

Frequently asked questions

Can we pilot SaaS and then move to self-hosted?

Not yet, because self-hosted is not offered today. The data model and APIs are the same in both, so when it ships, moving is a data migration, not a rebuild. Your data exports to ReqIF, CSV and SysML XMI at any time.

Is the air-gap install available today?

No. Some integrations still call outside services, and the disconnected install is still being built. It is on the roadmap and not offered yet.

Which STIG baseline do you ship?

None yet. The container image is Debian-based. Hardened base images and SCAP benchmark output are not something we ship today. We do not certify your ATO; the AO of your system issues it.

Would the Aerospace pack work in an air-gap install?

The calculators and the SysML modeler do their work locally. Some features do not yet: orbit data refreshes pull from public sources such as CelesTrak and NOAA, and the AI features rely on an external LLM. Working out which of these can be fed offline, and which have to be switched off, is part of the work left before an air-gap install can be offered.
